For customers who do not wish to share their server information, simply providing the server IP address via a support request will allow our team to send you the installation instructions. This way, you can complete the installation yourself within minutes.

Is there a cancellation and refund option?

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible after your license has been activated. A minimum license period of one month is offered.
